Tallinn University. The academic branch dealing with physical activity, health and sport sciences combines specialities related to personal services – athletics and recreation – and is committed to studies and teaching in the areas of fitness, performance, ergonomics, recreation, health related behaviour and sport sciences.
The academic branch is a partner to the focus areas of educational innovation, open society, and administration, as well as digital and medial culture with the aim of integrating physical activity and promotion of health in activities of related to individuals, communities, public administration, as well as public health.
RELATION WITH THE CLUSTER
The objective is to develop one’s own competency and that of others in the area of fitness and health. We offer a laboratory environment for discovering, developing and testing of innovative solutions, and getting feedback about them. We act as a liaison, offering possibilities available in the international cooperation networks to members of the cluster.
