Family Physicians Association of Estonia

The objective of the Family Physicians Association of Estonia is to develop family medicine as a health service, and to represent and protect the shared interests of the members of the Association.

RELATION WITH THE CLUSTER

The role of the Family Physicians Association of Estonia in the Health for Active Life Innovation Cluster is to raise the level of the primary medical care, and establish closer ties with the different areas of health for active life (prevention and treatment of injuries, rehabilitation), as well as to give input into the work of specialists. On the other hand, in cooperation with the cluster the Association will contribute into the development of health related services, information technology, and e-health services. Our shared objective is to attract international experts to Estonia, to foster international recognition of Estonian experts in the field, and to motivate Estonian doctors to stay in Estonia.
