MTÜ Elujooks/ NGO Liferun was founded in 2009, when its founding member Kristjan Puusild ran around Estonia, and decided to share his running experience with other running enthusiasts. Since 2010 the NGO has organised annual 10 day running camps, the closing event of which has traditionally been the Estonian Adventure Run, open for all interested running enthusiasts. In addition to camps the NGO has also organised participation in domestic and foreign marathons, hiking and kayaking trips.

The common denominator and attitude of all these events is learning about the spiritual aspect of physical activity, and conscious self-development. But also prompting sensible, healthy, and self-sparing active lifestyle.

RELATION WITH THE CLUSTER

Liferun is an active partner of the cluster, contributing into shared marketing efforts and participating in the activities of the cluster. With the support of the cluster it is intended to organise information activities, seminars, and carry out preliminary work for creating a smart application for the field of running.
